Warranty

The warranty terms, fully detailed in the purchase contract, are valid only if the medical device is used under the intended operating conditions. Except for the interventions described in the MAINTENANCE section and performed according to the indicated procedures, any repair or modification made to the medical device by the user or unauthorized companies will void the warranty. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or negligence in the use of the medical device, or by poor or
omitted maintenance.

1	The warranty is valid for a period of 12 months.
2	The Manufacturer undertakes, at its discretion, to replace malfunctioning or defective parts only after a thorough inspection confirming manufacturing defects.
3	Shipping and transportation costs are always the buyer's responsibility if the warranty terms are incorrectly invoked.
4	During the warranty period, replaced products become the property of the manufacturer.
5	Only the original purchaser who has followed the normal maintenance instructions contained in the manual is entitled to warranty coverage. Our warranty responsibility expires if the original owner transfers ownership of the product or if modifications have been made.
6	The warranty does not cover damages caused by excessive stress, such as use of the product after noticing an anomaly, use of improper operating methods, or failure to observe the instructions for use and maintenance.
7	The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for any difficulties that may arise in resale or use abroad due to the regulations in force in the country where the product was sold.
8	The defective product or part thereof must be delivered to the Manufacturer for replacement.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE CONNECTION AND USE PROCEDURES OF THE MEDICAL DEVICE DESCRIBED IN THIS DOCUMENTATION WILL RESULT IN THE WARRANTY TERMS BEING VOIDED.

The warranty does not cover any consequences resulting from prolonged non-use of the medical device.
